How Long Will My Order Take to Arrive?

Orders placed Monday – Thursday before 12pm EST will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm EST will be shipped the next day.

Orders placed after Thursday 12pm – Sunday will be shipped on Monday.

You will receive tracking once your order has been shipped, and you should receive your order between 1-3 days, but this depends entirely on the courier.

My Tracking Number Does Not Work

If you experience trouble with your weed delivery of any kind, please contact our customer service team directly at [email protected] and they will be more than happy to assist you on locating your package.

My Package Is Going to the Wrong Destination

If you accidentally entered the wrong shipping address for your cannabis online order and need it to be changed, please contact us ASAP at [email protected] and let us know. Please provide details of your order (including your order number), as well as the shipping address you would like your package to be sent to instead. Please keep in mind we do ship out orders fairly quickly upon receipt, so the sooner you contact us, the higher the likelihood we can fix the issue for you.

Am I Allowed to Pick up My Order?

This is strictly an online weed delivery site, so in person pick ups are not possible. That said, your convenience and ease is very important to us. This is why we not only ship items quickly upon purchase, but also deliver your package straight to your doorstep.

Who Is Eligible to Purchase Cannabis on Your Site?

To make a purchase on our site, you must be in compliance with Canadian law. This means you cannot purchase cannabis products online from us if you are under 19 years of age in most cases. If however, you live in a province which has a different age limit, you will need to adhere to these rules. Similarly, you cannot purchase cannabis products for someone else who is under 18 years of age. If you are using cannabis for medical purposes you also need to have a valid medical marijuana card. You can obtain these from licensed practitioners.

Can I Place Larger Orders Than Those Listed on Your Site?

For your conveniance, we offer multiple different weight options for you to choose from. These range from 7 grams to 28 grams. We also allow you to choose your desired quantity of cannabis per size. So, for example, you can order two (or more), orders of 28 grams of any product. That said, it is important that you follow the laws laid out by both Canada and the province within which you reside. Failure to comply with carrying and position laws may result in legal action for which CaviarSmoke is not responsible.

How Can I Order?

Ordering cannabis online with us is a breeze! All you need to do is, first, find the product you wish to purchase (if you don’t know what type of marijuana you want, our customer service representatives are always more than happy to help you find the exact right strain for you as well as answer any questions you may have). Next you select the weight of the product you would like, (choosing between 7, 14 or 28 grams), and how many orders of this product and weight you would like. Then, you can either click “Buy Now” if this is all you wish to purchase, and will be immediately directed to a quick purchase page, where you can fill out all your information and purchase your product straight away.

Or, you can click add to cart if you wish to continue shopping. If you choose this option, click on the “Checkout” button in the top right corner of your screen when you are ready to checkout. You will be directed to the checkout page where you can enter all of your billing details and shipping information. After you’ve filled all this out, simple click “Place Order” and you will be directed to a confirmation page for your records. That’s it.

How Do I Pay?

There are several ways you can pay for your weed delivery online at CaviarSmoke. You can pay with any standard credit card that is either a Visa, American Express or Mastercard. You can also opt to pay via an Email Money Transfer (e.g. EMT) if you prefer as well. You can choose how you’d like to pay upon checkout.

How Do I Create an Account?

You can create an account upon checkout. Simply Click the “Create an account?” option that resides underneath where you enter your email address and ensure all your other information has been included as well (e.g. billing details, name, email, phone (optional), etc.).

How Do I Edit My Cart?

Click on the cart symbol with a corresponding dollar amount at the top right of your page (note this is not the same as the Checkout button). This will take you to your cart where you can adjust quantities or delete an item you no longer want.

Can I Refer a Friend for A Discount?
